Erskine Academy has a proud soccer tradition and a deeply supportive school community. We seek a leader who will honor that tradition while building a program that prepares young men for success in post-secondary life.

Erskine Academy, an independent town academy founded in 1883 and serving approximately 525 students in grades 9–12, seeks a dynamic, student-centered leader to serve as Boys’ Varsity Soccer Coach.

Rooted in tradition and forward-thinking in practice, Erskine Academy believes athletics are an extension of the classroom — a platform for leadership development, resilience, accountability, and community pride. Erskine Academy is dedicated to athletic programs that cultivate character, leadership, and competitive excellence. We are proud to be recognized two years in a row as one of the “Best Places to Work in Maine" by Maine Biz Magazine—one of only two school systems to receive this prestigious distinction—reflecting the professional support and satisfaction permeated throughout the organization.
