Erskine Academy Food Service 

Erskine Academy provides a balanced breakfast and lunch each day that meets the USDA federal guidelines. A La Carte items are offered for sale at breakfast and lunch in addition to the school breakfast and lunch program. * MENU IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. 

BREAKFAST/LUNCH 

Monday 4/29 – Breakfast pizza / Chef’s choice

Tuesday 4/30 – French toast sticks / Chicken alfredo, broccoli, dinner roll

Wednesday 5/1 – Churro’s / Cheeseburger, cowboy beans

Thursday 5/2 – Breakfast sandwich / Chicken & cheese nacho’s, fruit

Friday 5/3 – Yogurt parfait / Chili w/ cornbread and pretzels

Lunch includes fruit, salad bar, and milk every day.
Each day there is an alternative to the main meal which could include but is not limited to; pizza, hot or cold sandwiches, soups, etc. which is posted each day in the cafe.
