Staying Connected...

REUNION 2008
Saturday, June 7

Come Celebrate!

This year, Reunion at Erskine has a new look; click here for details. All alumni are invited. This year is the quinquennial celebration for classes ending in 3 or 8.

There are both daytime and evening events for alumni of all ages, and reunion classes will have more opportunities to meet and catch up on their lives since graduation. So, whether you’ve been out for 5 years, 35 years, or 75 years, come and celebrate with your classmates!

Pre-registration is required by May 23. Bring a guest or come on your own!

News
After being postponed from March 8 due to the weather, our April 12 Alumni Beach Party was a fun way to welcome spring and finally put all our winter woes behind us. Guests were treated to tasty fare provided by White Flour Catering, and student DJs kept the Beach Boys and other beach-related dance music spinning. Beach theme decorations adorned the gymnasium and Chris Bennett '02 snapped photos of "surfer couples" who were daring enough to ride the waves. We congratulate Eugene Kirkpatrick '63, who was the lucky winner of a complimentary night at the Lonesome Dove B & B in Lisbon, CT, which is near the Mohegan Sun and Foxwood Resort casinos as well as Mystic Seaport. The prize was generously donated by Ruth Austin MacDonald '60.

Calling Alumni Volunteer Crafters
Are you interested in joining a group of alumni who gather at Erskine on Wednesday afternoons to make simple hats, blankets, or toys to be donated to various local hospitals or Sheriff's departments? If so, contact the Alumni Relations Office at 207-445-4026 for more information.

The Erskine Connector
The Erskine Connector is published at least twice annually and provides alumni news including class notes, upcoming events, fundraising progress, and current volunteer opportunities.

Lost Alumni
Can you help us find the following lost alumni? Please contact the Development and Alumni Relations Office with information, including address, telephone#, e-mail, spouse's name, and relationship to other Erskine alumni or family. Thank you!

Class Notes
Let your classmates know what you are doing and what is new in your life by sending in a “class note” to your Class Correspondent. Class notes will be published in The Erskine Connector. If you would like to serve as a correspondent for your class, please contact the Development and Alumni Relations Office.

Your Class Correspondents
Class Correspondents collect information about their classmates and submit that information to the Development and Alumni Relations Office for regular publication in The Erskine Connector. Their regular contact with classmates is invaluable in helping to keep addresses and other contact information up to date. Class Correspondents are asked to commit to a term of five years and may be renewed indefinitely. If you would like to serve as Class Correspondent for your class, please contact the Development and Alumni Relations Office.
